Debra’s work with the First in the World partners will include the following: documenting that the work products promised by the project are gathered successfully, helping develop the designs for different programs in ways that facilitate aggregation across sites, and aggregating the data across sites to examine overall effectiveness and impact.

Background

Since 1996, Debra Ingram has been a research associate at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Applied Research and Educational Improvement (CAREI). She has a Ph.D. in educational psychology with a focus on evaluation and measurement from the University of Minnesota.
